深刻认识党建与业务深度融合是凝心铸魂的政治需要。推进党建与业务深度融合是解决党建和业务“两张皮”现象的迫切需要。找准党建业务工作的结合点是推动事业发展的现实需要。本文以农业农村部人力资源开发中心、中国农学会为例,从“何为党建、党建何为”这个基本问题出发,阐述党建与业务工作关系,探究党建和业务融合发展的实现路径,全面梳理农业农村人才与农业科技服务工作,找准“党建+”的着力点和落脚点,提出了可量化、可操作的具体措施,以推动党建工作与业务工作相互促进、协同发展。

The deep integration of party building and business is the political need to solidify the soul.Promoting the deep integration of party building and business is an urgent need to solve the“two skins”phenomenon of party building and business.It is the practical need to find the right combination point of party building business to promote the development of the cause.Taking the Human Resources Development Center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Chinese Agricultural Association as examples,starting from the basic question of“what is the party building and what is the party building”,the author expounds the relationship between the party building and business work,explores the realization path of the integrated development of the party building and business,comprehensively combs the work of agricultural and rural talents and agricultural science and technology services,finds the focus and foothold of“party building+”,and puts forward concrete measures that can be quantified and operated,so as to promote the mutual promotion and coordinated development of Party building and business work.
