培训对农业生产、非农就业与农民收入的影响:一个文献综述

The Impact of Training on Agricultural Production,Non-agricultural Employment,and Farmers’ Income:A Literature Review

本文梳理和总结了国内外关于培训对农业生产、农村劳动力非农就业与农民收入影响方面的研究文献,发现已有文献中培训对农业生产与农民收入影响的结论并不一致。在此基础上,提出未来仍需深入探索的两个方向:一是,培训对农业生产与农民收入的影响仍需更深入的实证依据;二是,应着重关注培训作用的异质性问题。

The author reviews the literatures on the impact of training on agricultural production,non-agricultural employment of rural labor force,and farmers’income,and finds that the conclusions of the existing literature on the impact of training on agricultural production and farmers’income are inconsistent.On this basis,the author puts forward two aspects worth further research.On the one hand,more empirical evidence is needed to support the impact of training on agricultural production and farmers’income.On the other hand,more attention should be paid to the heterogeneity of the impact of training.
