民主协商、责任感与农民参与人居环境整治——基于1255位农民的调查数据

Democratic Consultation,Sense of Responsibility and Farmers’ Participation in the Improvement of Human Settlements:Based on a Survey of 1255 Farmers

基于全国1255份农民调查数据,运用最优尺度回归模型探讨民主协商、责任感对农民参与人居环境整治的影响。研究发现:农民参与人居环境整治的积极性并不高,只有36.18%的农民参与人居环境整治;责任感与民主协商能够提高农民参与人居环境整治的参与度,责任感在民主协商与农民参与人居环境整治之间起到中介效应。农民在责任认知方面的水平较高,但是其责任认同并不高,抑制了农民的责任行为。作为治理手段的民主协商可以通过协商对话形成共识,提高农民的责任认同,对农民责任感产生积极作用。在农民个体特征方面,教育水平、家庭收入正向促进农民参与人居环境整治,但干部身份对农民参与人居环境整治存在挤压效应,不具有显著影响。

Based on 1255 survey data of farmers across the country,the optimal scale regression model is used to explore the influence of democratic consultation and sense of responsibility on farmer’s participation in the improvement of human settlements.The study found that farmers are not very active in participating in the improvement of human settlements.Only 36.18%of farmers participate in the improvement of human settlements.Responsibility and democratic consultation can increase farmer’s participation in the improvement of human settlements.The sense of responsibility lies in democratic consultation and farmer’s participants.The intermediary effect between the living environment.Farmers have a high level of responsibility cognition,but their responsibility recognition is not high,which inhibits farmer’s responsibility behaviors.As a means of governance,democratic consultation can form a consensus through consultation and dialogue to improve farmer’s sense of responsibility and have a positive effect on farmer’s sense of responsibility.In terms of individual characteristics of farmers,education level and family income are promoting farmer’s participation in the improvement of human settlements,but the status of cadres has a squeezing effect on farmer’s participation in the improvement of human settlements,and does not have a significant impact.
