云端实景案例教学的优势、技巧与推广——以三农干部培训为例

Advantages,Skills and Promotion of “Cloud” Real Case Teaching :A case study of Training for Agricultual and Rural Cadres

云端实景案例教学是一次全新的教学探索,既是传统案例教学的升华,更是线上教学技术的练兵场。本研究在分析云端实景案例教学运行机理基础上,通过其在三农干部培训中的应用实践,探讨教学优势、技巧和推广注意的事项。结果表明:云端实景案例教学在实践中不仅具有可行性,且教学效果受到一致好评,能帮助学员将学到的案例知识经验转化为解决实际工作问题的能力。最后,本研究提出这种教学方式适用范围广,更适用于主题复杂的案例,但需要培训师具有调查研究能力、沟通协调能力、脚本编写能力、教学控场能力、总结归纳能力、视频制作能力等多种综合能力,需要科学设计教学方案、提升培训师综合能力、结合培训主题选择不同呈现形式等。

Cloud real case teaching is a new teaching exploration,which is not only the sublimation of traditional case teaching,but also the training ground of online teaching technology.Based on the analysis of the operational mechanism of cloud real case teaching,the author discusses the teaching advantage skills and matters for attention in promotion through its application practice in the training of rural cadres in agriculture.The results show that the cloud real case teaching is not only feasible in practice,but also highly praised for its teaching effect,which can help students transform the case knowledge and experience learned into the ability to solve practical work problems.Finally,the author proposed the teaching methods is wide and are more suitable for complex cases,but requires the trainer has the comprehensive ability,such as research ability,communication and coordination ability,writing teaching ability,control ability,summarizing ability,video production ability,which needs to scientific design teaching plan,increase training comprehensive ability,choose different forms of presentation combined with the training theme.
