信息化对农业农村发展的影响:一个文献综述

The Influence of Informatization on Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas: a Literature Review

农村信息化的影响已成为近年来学术界研究的热点问题。通过梳理国内外学者关于信息化对农业农村发展影响方面的研究文献,文献回顾的重点是从信息化对农业生产和农村劳动力转移的影响两个方面进行归纳和总结。今后的相关研究应从关注农村信息设施"有没有"向农户"是否有效利用"信息的影响研究转变,还应着重关注信息化对农业农村影响的异质性和由此导致的"数字鸿沟"问题,以及信息化发展可能给农村地区带来的潜在负面效应。

The impact of IT application in rural areas has become a hot topic in recent years.This paper reviews the literatures on the impact of IT application on agricultural and rural development,mainly focusing on the impact on agriculture and rural labor transfer.We suggest that the future research should focus more on farmers’effective use of information facilities,instead of the availability of rural information infrastructure or the adoption of farmers’information and communication technologies(ICT).It should also focus on the heterogeneity of the impact of IT application which may lead to"digital divide",and the potential negative impact on the rural areas.
