如何破解新型农村集体经济增收难、负担重问题——以上海市闵行区为例

How to Solve the Difficulties in Increasing Income and Easing the Burden of New Rural Collective Economy:Taking Minhang District of Shanghai as an Example

当前,我国新型农村集体经济总体上处于起步阶段,仍面临许多困难和问题。本文从上海市闵行区农村集体经济的现状、存在的增收难负担重问题及原因分析、措施对策三方面进行分析阐述,探索发展壮大新型农村集体经济,解决新型农村集体经济增收难、负担重问题的途径,促进乡村振兴发展,促进农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足。

At present,China’s new rural collective economy is generally in its infancy,with many difficulties and problems.This paper analyzes the causes and measures for the difficulty in increasing income and heavy burden of new rural collective economy in Minhang District of Shanghai to explore ways to develop new rural collective economy and to solve the difficulty and ease the burden.As a result,the paper finds ways to promote rural revitalization,high quality and efficiency of agriculture,livability of rural areas and prosperity of farmers.
