建党百年来农村党员队伍建设的历程和路径展望

The Course and Path of the Construction of Rural Party Members in the Past Century

"欲筑室者,先治其基。"农村党员队伍建设作为党的建设在农村的基础工程,是党亟待加强和改进的战略任务。建党百年来,农村党员队伍建设经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放新时期和中国特色社会主义新时代四个阶段的曲折发展历程。在对其发展历程的系统回顾中,可以从农村党员队伍建设的基础、重点等方面总结出很多历史经验。展望今后农村党员队伍建设的路径,应立足实际,从发展、教育、考评农村党员三个方面进行探索。

“A house shall be built on the foundation.”The rural CPC members are the foundation of the Communist Party of China,and their development is the strategic task of CPC.The construction of rural CPC members has gone through four tortuous stages:the New Democratic Revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,the Reform And Opening-Up,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics respectively.Reviewing the process,we can sum up a lot of experience from the foundation and focus of the construction of the rural CPC members.In the future,the construction of CPC members in rural areas should be explored from three aspects:development,education and evaluation.
