建党百年中国村治问题研究的进路与转向

The Route and Transformation of Research on Rural Governance in China in the centenary of Founding of CPC

建党百年来,中国村治问题的研究主线随不同时期党和国家农村政策的调整而不断变化。本文分阶段梳理了我国村治研究的论域变化,发现:村治研究经历了由乡村建设、村民自治到乡村治理的论域转变;关键性研究对象也由村治组织、村治精英群体逐步聚焦至村干部个体。在全面加强党的建设背景下,针对村治主体的微观研究逐渐升温,以第一书记为代表的"嵌入型村干部"开始成为当下中国村治研究的新转向。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China for a century,research on rural governance has changed according to the changes of rural policies in different periods.The author summarizes the changes of rural governance research in different stages in China.The results show that,first,the research of rural governance has changed from rural construction,villagers’autonomy to rural governance;second,the key research objects are also gradually focusing on the individual cadres from the village governance organization and elite groups.In the context of strengthening the CPC’s construction in an all-round way,the micro research on the subject of village governance is gradually warming up,and the"embedded village cadres"represented by the first secretary has become a new turn in the research on rural governance in China.
