臭氧在改善畜禽养殖环境中的作用机理及研究进展

Mechanism and Research Progress of Ozone in Improving Livestock and Poultry Breeding Environment

消毒、除臭和净化是保障畜禽养殖安全生产重要技术措施之一,臭氧具有强氧化性、成本低廉和无残留等特点,可以为提高畜禽养殖的消毒、除臭和净化效率提供良好的借鉴思路。从消毒、除臭和净化3个方面总结了臭氧技术在养殖领域中的应用效果,分析臭氧消毒净化机理和影响因素,并讨论臭氧在畜禽养殖业应用中需要着重解决的问题。

Disinfection,deodorization and purification are strong guarantees in culture field for its safety production.Ozone has characteristics of strong oxidizing property,low cost and no residue,which can provide better thoughts to improve disinfectant and purification efficiency on livestock and poultry breeding.Application and effects of ozone technology on livestock and poultry breeding were summarized from three aspects including disinfection,deodorization and purification.At last but not least,problems of ozone which would be applied in culture field that need to be solved urgently were discussed as well.
