摘要
为提高野生黑果枸杞组织培养下试管苗移栽成活率,以青海省格尔木地区黑果枸杞组培试管苗为研究对象,对其生长过程和育苗技术进行较为系统的研究,并分析试管苗移栽生长特性及栽培技术,为黑果枸杞遗传选育优良性状、试管苗移栽和育苗技术提供有效理论参考。
In order to improve survival rate of test tube seedlings under cultivation of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murray seed tissue,test tube seedling transplanted in Golmud district of Qinghai province was research object,growth process and seedling technology under tissue culture were systematically analyzed,and growth characteristics and cultivation techniques of test tube seedlings were analyzed.In order to provide an effective theoretical reference for transplantation and seedling raising techniques of test-tube seedlings of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murray on the basis of genetic breeding of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murray.
