摘要
主要汇总、整理和分析了我国常用的气象灾害预测应急技术的原理和发展现状,为提高农业管理人员应对农业突发事件的应急能力提供一定的理论方法,减少发生气象灾害时带来的经济损失。
Principles and developments of several meteorological disaster prediction emergency technologies commonly used in China were analyzed to improve ability of agricultural managers to respond to emergency response of agricultural emergencies,reduce economic losses caused by meteorological disasters.
