基于风险矩阵法的现代农业产业园项目投资风险管理机制

Risk Management Mechanism of Modern Agricultural Park Project Investment Based on Risk Matrix Method

通过德尔菲法对现代农业产业园项目投资风险因素进行归纳总结,构建了一套较为全面的投资风险因素评价指标体系,并运用风险矩阵法(Risk Matrix)进行风险等级评价,针对不同等级风险因素制定风险应对措施,形成一种事前预警、主动控制的现代农业产业园投资风险管理机制。最后,以某现代农业示范园区一体化建设项目为例检验了该机制的可行性和有效性。

Through summing up the risk factors of investment in modern agricultural park projects by Delphi method,a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of investment risk factors was constructed.Risk Matrix method was used to evaluate risk grade,and risk response measures were formulated for different risk factors,so as to form a kind of pre-warning and active control of investment in modern agricultural park capital risk management mechanism.Finally,feasibility and validity of mechanism were verified by an example of integrated construction project of modern agricultural demonstration park.
