摘要
利用低能离子束注入的生物学效应对生物体的遗传物质进行修饰和改良是近年来应用于植物和微生物育种的新技术,对打破基因连锁、促进植物和微生物遗传背景多样化具有重要意义。综述了低能离子束的注入诱变机理和目前低能离子束注入技术在食用菌育种上的研究进展,并对低能离子束注入技术在食用菌育种研究中存在的问题及今后发展方向进行了展望。
The biological effects of low-energy ion beam implantation are used to modify and improve genetic material of organisms.It is a new technology applied to plant and microbial breeding in recent years,which is important to break the gene linkage and promote the diversification of plant and microbial genetic background.The mutagenic mechanism and the research progress of low-energy ion beam implantation technology in edible fungus breeding were reviewed.The problems and future development directions of low-energy ion beam implantation technology in edible fungus breeding research were prospected.
