基于云短信平台的农产品质量安全监测预警系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Monitoring and Early Warning Management System for Agricultural Product Quality Safety Based on Cloud Message Platform

针对国内通信运营商移动、联通和电信的短信服务平台不兼容、不经济等问题,设计了基于云短信平台的农产品质量安全监测预警系统,通过实时发送预警短信,提升监管效能,有效预防和管控农产品质量安全事件的发生。在郑州市的应用表明,该系统的功能性、易用性、可靠性、安全性以及可维护性等良好,符合设计要求,满足实际工作需要。

Aiming at general problems existing in incompatibility and uneconomy of SMS service platform operated by Mobile,Unicom and Telecom,a monitoring and early warning management system for agricultural product quality safety based on cloud message platform was designed,which could send early warning SMS in real time and improve supervision effectiveness,effectively prevent and control the occurrence of agricultural product quality and safety incidents. Application in Zhengzhou showed that the system had advantages of functionality,ease-of-use,reliability,safety and maintainability,meeting design requirements and actual work needs.
