摘要
[目的]目前传统的电力基础设施运维管理系统的精细化、可视化程度较低。为了提高运维管理质量和效率,文章研究并提出了基于BIM可视化及信息化技术的电力基础设施运维管理方法。[方法]为了实现该运维管理方法,对现有系统架构做扁平化处理,将BIM模型定义为核心数据载体。拥有独立数据库的外围系统可直接提取BIM数据或展示BIM模型。[结果]实际工程表明:利用BIM可视化及信息化技术,有效提升基础设施运维管理水平。[结论]文章所提基于BIM的电力基础设施运维管理系统可进一步地运用在实际工程中。
[Introduction]At present,the traditional power infrastructure operation and maintenance management system has a low degree of refinement and visualization.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance management,[Method]this paper studied and proposed a power infrastructure operation and maintenance management method based on Building Information Modeling(BIM)visualization and information technology.In order to realize the operation and maintenance management method,the existing system architecture was flattened,and the BIM model was defined as the core data carrier.The peripheral system with an independent database could directly extract BIM data or display the BIM model.[Result]The actual project shows that using BIM visualization and information technology to effectively improve the level of infrastructure operation and maintenance management.[Conclusion]The proposed BIM-based power infrastructure operation and maintenance management system can be further used in actual projects.
