宁夏葡萄种质资源数据库构建及管理系统研发

Development and Management System Construction of the Grape Germplasm Resource Database in Ningxia

针对宁夏地区葡萄种质资源的保护与利用,以银川葡萄经济林国家林木种质资源圃的葡萄砧木、鲜食和酿酒品种等种质资源为基础,采用J2EE+SQLServer数据库+Spring架构、葡萄种质资源描述规范和数据标准,构建基于WEB的葡萄种质资源数据库及管理系统。对葡萄性状和属性进行规范化和标准化处理,采用二维码技术,为每个品种构建独特的识别码,实现全程识别。同时,绘制种质资源圃实生苗木电子分布标识图,对葡萄种质资源和植株生长性状和经济性状等表型性状数据进行高效分类管理、种质资源信息保存与性状信息共享,提高了葡萄种质资源的数字保护、利用管理和知识化服务水平,旨在为葡萄产业的可持续发展提供有力支持。

This article focuses on the protection and utilization of grape germplasm resources in Ningxia.Based on the grape germplasm resources of viticulture economic forests in Yinchuan,including grape rootstocks,fresh eating varieties and wine-making varieties,a web-based grape germplasm resource database and management system were established using J2EE+SQLServer database+Spring architecture,grape germplasm resource description specifications and data standards.The grape traits and attributes were standardized and processed using QR code technology to construct unique identification codes for each variety for full-process identification.At the same time,an electronic distribution map of the germplasm resource nursery was drawn to efficiently classify and manage phenotypic traits of grape germplasm resources,plant growth traits and economic traits.This improved the digital protection,utilization management and knowledge service level of grape germplasm resources,aiming to provide strong support for the sustainable development of the grape industry.
