北京某办公楼冷(热)源系统方案的优化分析及思考

摘要 办公楼空调冷热源系统的确定与业主需求及定位、项目规模、负荷特性等因素有关。本文通过对北京某办公楼不同冷热源系统方案优劣势进行对比分析,在结合业主投资定位需求的基础上,优化了业主意向的冷热源系统方案,采用性价比更佳且兼顾节能与系统稳定的方案,旨在为办公楼冷热源系统的选择与优化提供分析和思考方法。
