全麻复合硬膜外麻醉对年轻宫颈癌患者术后免疫功能的影响

Effect of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia on Postoperative Immune Function in Young Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探讨全麻复合硬膜外麻醉对年轻宫颈癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2019年8月我院年轻宫颈癌患者66例,按随机数字表法分观察组33例、对照组33例。均行宫颈癌根治术,对照组予以全麻,观察组予以全麻复合硬膜外麻醉。比较两组不良反应、术前、术后即刻、术后12、48 h免疫功能(NK细胞、CD3+、CD8+)。结果术后即刻、术后12、48 h观察组NK细胞、CD3+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.06%(2/33)与对照组3.03%(1/33)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全麻复合硬膜外麻醉能减轻年轻宫颈癌患者术后免疫功能应激刺激,且不增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective To study the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on the postoperative immune function of young cervical cancer patients.Methods From January 2015 to August 2019,66 young patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n≤33)and control group(n≤33).Radical resection of cervical cancer was performed,general anesthesia was given in the control group,and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia was given in the observation group.The immune function(NK cells,CD^3,CD^8)was compared between the two groups before,immediately after operation and 12 hours after operation.Results NK cells and CD^3+were higher in the control group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.06%(2/33)and the control group was 3.03%(1/33),and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can reduce the stress stimulation of immune function after operation in young patients with cervical cancer,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
