King达标理论视域下的医患沟通技能训练在护理实践教学中的应用观察

摘要 医患沟通技能是一种态度、能力,被视为医学模式的非显性专业特征[1]。良好的医患沟通状况可以使医患双方形成共识并建立信任合作关系,因此有学者认为,医患沟通效果可以对患者医疗结局产生影响。护理专业学生开展医患沟通技能培养,有助于专业成长阶段的职业素养体验并在医疗实践中产生和发展人文关怀能力。
