标准化病人在临床医学本科学生妇产科病史采集能力教学中的应用

APPLICATION OF STANDARDIZERD PATIENTS IN THE TEACHING OF MEDICAL HISTRORY COLLECTION ABILITY OF CAINICAL MEDICINE UNDERGRADUATE IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY

目的:探索标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)在临床医学本科学生妇产科学病史采集教学中的效果。方法:随机选取我院(内蒙古医科大学第一临床医学院)2013级五年制临床医学本科专业五年级学生80名为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组40人,采用常规临床实习教学模式;实验组40人,引入标准化病人与常规实习模式相结合的教学形式。轮转结束采用国家医师资格分阶段考试病史采集考核评分标准,比较两组的教学效果。结果:实验组学生在病史采集内容、收集过程、问诊技巧、交流沟通能力及人文素养等各项中的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:引入标准化病人与常规实习模式相结合的教学形式可有效提高临床医学本科学生妇产科学病史采集水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of Standardized patients in the teaching of medical history collection of clinical medicine undergraduate in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 80 students from the fifth grade of the five-year clinical medicine undergraduate program in our hospital(the First Clinical Medical College of Inner Mongolia Medical University)were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups and 40 in the control group with regular practice mode,40 in the experimental group,introducing standardized patients combined with regular practice mode.At the end of the rotation,the national doctor qualifications phased examination medical history collection and assessment scores were used to compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,such as the content of the medical history,the collection process,the consultation skills,the communication skills and the humanities literacy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of standardized patients combined with regular practice mode can effectively improve the history collection of clinical medical undergraduate students in obstetrics and gynecology history.
