放松训练+音乐疗法在局麻手术病人中的临床价值及效果观察

CLINICAL VALUE AND EFFECT OBSERVATION OF RELAXATION TRAINING + MUSIC THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH LOCAL ANESTHESIA

目的:观察放松训练+音乐疗法在局麻手术病人中的临床价值及效果。方法:选定本院收治的局麻手术患者82例,研究时段自2016-12~2018-11,分组原则以护理干预方式差异性为主,分对照组(41例,常规护理)、试验组(41例,放松训练+音乐疗法),对患者资料进行回顾性分析,比较不同时刻心率、收缩压和麻醉依从性。结果:试验组入室前心率和收缩压与对照组相比存在差异,但P>0.05,不符合统计学评估标准,手术开始即刻、手术开始10min、手术开始20min试验组心率和舒张压低于对照组,P<0.05,符合统计学差异评估标准,组内比较对照组波动较大,P<0.05,符合统计学差异评估标准,试验组波动较小,手术结束时两组指标稳定,组间比较存在差异,但P>0.05,不符合统计学评估标准;试验组麻醉依从性(97.56%)较对照组(85.36%)高,P<0.05,符合统计学差异评估标准。结论:在局麻手术患者护理中,放松训练+音乐疗法利于患者心率和舒张压稳定,缓解麻醉应激性刺激,且可提高患者依从性,值得借鉴。

Objective:To observe the clinical value and effect of relaxation training+music therapy in patients with local anesthesia.Methods:A total of 82 patients with local anesthesia were enrolled in this hospital.The study period was from December 2016 to November 2018.The grouping principle was based on the difference of nursing intervention.The control group(41 cases,routine nursing),The experimental group(41 patients,relaxation training+music therapy),retrospective analysis of patient data,comparing heart rate,systolic blood pressure and anesthesia compliance at different times.Results:There was no significant difference in heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before the operation of the test group.The heart rate and diastolic blood pressure of the test group were lower than the control group immediately after the start of surgery,10 minutes after the operation and 20 minutes after the operation,P<0.05,which was consistent with the statistical difference.The evaluation criteria,the control group in the group fluctuated greatly,P<0.05,in line with the statistical difference assessment criteria,the test group fluctuations were small,and the two groups of indicators were stable at the end of the operation;the experimental group anesthesia compliance(97.56%)compared with the control group(85.36%)high,P<0.05,in line with the statistical difference assessment criteria.Conclusion:Relaxation training and music therapy are beneficial to the stability of vital signs and the improvement of anesthesia compliance in patients with local anesthesia.
