护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量、情绪状态、治疗预后的影响

EFFECT OF NURSING INTERVENTION ON QUALITY OF LIFE,EMOTIONAL STATE AND THERAPEUTIC PROGNOSIS OF ELDERLY HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS

目的:分析在老年高血压治疗过程中采取综合性护理干预,对其生活质量、情绪状态、治疗预后的影响。方法:选取2016-05~2018-04期间,本院就诊的老年高血压患者96例,经由抽签法将其分成对照组及观察组,每组各48例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组予以常规护理+综合性护理干预,比较组间护理干预效果。结果:观察组干预后积极心理健康量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均显著高于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压干预前后差值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压治疗过程中采取综合性护理干预,对其生活质量、情绪状态、治疗预后能够产生积极效应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life,emotional state and prognosis of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:From May 2016 to April 2018,96 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by lottery,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine nursing plus comprehensive nursing intervention,and the effect of nursing intervention between groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of positive mental health scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05);the differences of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group before and after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of senile hypertension can have positive effects on the quality of life,emotional state and prognosis.
