椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的近期效果及对患者VAS评分影响分析

SHORT-TERM EFFECT OF VERTEBROPLASTY IN THE TREATMENT OF ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH OSTEOPOROTIC SPINAL FRACTURE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON VAS SCORE

目的:分析椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的近期效果及对患者VAS评分影响。方法:选择的研究人员一共为100例,分为观察组和对照组进行比对,观察组采用椎体成形术治,对照组利用保守治疗。结果:观察组患者的近期治疗效果明显高于对照组,同时,治疗后观察组患者的VAS分值、Oswestry分值明显低于对照组,而在Barthel指数以及椎体高度变化,治疗后,观察组患者的数据明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对于老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的患者,采用经皮椎体成形术治疗的效果较为理想,可以有效减轻患者的疼痛感,提高其椎体的高度。

Objective:To analyze the recent effects of vertebral angiography in the treatment of senile spondylotic fractures and its effect on VAS score.Methods:The total number of selected researchers was 100,divided into observation group and control group,observation group was treated with vertebral body formation,control group was treated with conservative treatment.Results:The results of recent treatment were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the VAS score and Oswestry score were significantly lower in the post-treatment group than in the control group.The data of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebral plasty can effectively reduce the pain and improve the height of the vertebral body.
