注射用环磷酰胺联合甲泼尼龙对狼疮性肾炎肾内B淋巴细胞刺激因子的影响

EFFECT OF CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE COMBINED WITH METHYLPREDNISOLONE FOR INGECTION ON B LYMPHOCYTE STIMULATING FACTOR IN LUPUS NEPHRITIS

目的:探究用环磷酰胺联合甲泼尼龙治疗狼疮性肾炎患者对肾内B淋巴细胞刺激因子的影响。方法:选取2016-11~2017-11期间我院收治的70例狼疮性肾炎患者并将之分为研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用甲泼尼龙进行治疗。研究组采用环磷酰胺联合甲泼尼龙进行治疗。对比两组缓解率、不良反应的情况。记录2组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌配}San},G}3、血白蛋白(ALB)、系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性指数(SLEDAI)评分的水平变化。结果:研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组尿蛋白定量、ALB、C3、SLEDAI评分对比差异无意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、ALB、C3、SLEDAI评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用环磷酰胺联合甲泼尼龙治疗狼疮性肾炎患者,明显提升患者的治疗效果,降低患者的不良反应发生率,同时能够显著降低尿蛋白水平,有效控制患者的病情,存在重要的临床研究价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of lupus nephritis on B lymphocyte stimulating factor in kidney.Methods:70 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,35 cases each.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone.The study group was treated with cyclophosphamide combined with methylprednisolone.The remission rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The changes of urinary protein quantification,hemodynamic muscle coordination,G}3,serum albumin(ALB)and SLEDAI score at 24 h before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded.Results:The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in urinary protein quantification,ALB,C3 and SLEDAI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The improvement degree of urinary protein quantification,ALB,C3 and SLEDAI scores in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group 24 h after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.O5).Conclusion:Cyclophosphamide combined with methylprednone in the treatment of lupus nephritis patients,significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,at the same time can significantly reduce the level of urinary protein,effectively control the patient’s condition,there is an important clinical research value.
