麻醉护理一体化管理在老年全麻术后麻醉复苏期的研究进展

麻醉恢复室(post-anesthesia care unit nursing,PACU)为患者麻醉结束后进行观察和护理治疗的重要场所,而PACU中麻醉并发症及相关意外时常发生。如果不能对患者进行有效及时的护理,可能对患者的生命健康造成危害,所以针对老年患者全麻术后并发症的相关因素,为降低术后并发症的发生率,应用麻醉护理一体化管理模式结合预见性护理来减少盲目护理的可能性,目的是为了提升PACU的工作质量和效率,最终提高老年患者麻醉术后苏醒期的安全性。
