摘要
为减少杆管偏磨,延长泵检周期,超长抽油泵采油技术近年来在油田进行了一定的推广应用。由于超长抽油泵泵筒采用分段式加工,各泵筒间采用螺纹连接,所以各泵筒连接后泵筒间存在不同轴的问题,导致柱塞经过连接处时产生应力与变形,从而影响了柱塞的使用寿命。基于ANSYS建立了简化的柱塞泵筒有限元模型并进行了数值模拟,研究了泵筒不同轴偏差对柱塞应力与变形的影响规律,进一步分析了抽油过程中柱塞下行过程中柱塞的应力与变形变化规律。分析结果可为超长抽油泵泵筒同轴度公差的确定提供理论参考,对超长抽油泵的加工制造具有一定的指导意义。
In recent years,the technology of super-long subsurface pump has been widely used in oil fields,in order to reduce the eccentric wear of rod and tube and prolong the pump inspection period.The problem of different shafts between the pump barrels after connection is caused by the segmented processing of the super-long subsurface pumpbarrel and the threaded connection between the pump barrels,which leads to the stress and deformation of the plunger when it passes through the connection and affects the service life of the plunger.In this paper,a simplified finite element model of the plunger pump barrel is established based on ANSYS,and the numerical simulation is carried out.The influence of different shaft deviation of the pump barrel on the stress and deformation of the plunger is studied,and the variation law of the stress and deformation of the plunger in the downward process of the plunger is further analyzed.The analysis results can provide theoretical reference for the determination of coaxiality tolerance of super long oil well pump barrel,and have certain guiding significance for the processing and manufacturing of super long oil well pump.
