摘要
随着G区块开采时间的延长,地面集输管线的腐蚀情况日益加剧,为缓解此区块集输管线腐蚀的现状,在对该区块的产出液成分进行研究分析的基础上,明确了管线内流动介质中pH值、氯离子、硫酸盐还原菌等腐蚀因素对管材腐蚀速率的影响;通过优选比对研究,提出了G区块最适宜的防腐技术。通过现场应用验证后,取得较好的效果,同时对其他油区存在腐蚀的地面集输系统进行防腐蚀工艺改进提供有一定的借鉴作用。
With the extension of mining time in block G,the corrosion of surface gathering and transportation pipelines is becoming more and more serious.In order to alleviate the corrosion status of gathering and transportation pipelines in this block,based on the research and analysis of the composition of produced liquid in this block,the influence of pH value,chloride ion,sulfate reducing bacteria and other corrosion factors on the corrosion rate of pipes in the flowing medium in the pipeline is clarified.Through the optimization and comparison study,some suggestions are put forward The most suitable anti-corrosion technology for block G is proposed.Through the field application verification,good results have been achieved,which can be used for reference to improve the anti-corrosion process of the surface gathering system in other oil areas.
