摘要
火电企业设备运维人员在设备检修、项目验收、缺陷处理等工作中,经常需要对设备基本参数、相关设计图纸的设备技术资料进行查阅,需要携带大量纸质文件,任务紧急时,在没有基础资料时往往会凭经验和记忆进行工作,这样不但效率低下,而且存在很大的安全隐患。传统的设备管理模式日益无法满足现场生产人员的工作需求。对此,设计开发一种新型的设备移动管理系统,通过利用便携智能终端、云存储、二维码等关键技术与设备,将设备管理从桌面延伸至现场,实现生产现场设备实时互联,信息共享,提高企业的设备管理水平。
In the process of equipment maintenance,project acceptance and defect treatment,the equipment operation and maintenance personnel of thermal power enterprises often need to consult the basic parameters of the equipment and the equipment technical data of the relevant design drawings,and often need to carry a large number of paper documents.When the task is urgent,they often work by experience and memory when there is no basic data,which is not only inefficient,but also has a lot of problems Big security risks.The traditional equipment management mode is increasingly unable to meet the work needs of the field production personnel.In this regard,a new type of device mobile management system is designed and developed.Through the use of portable intelligent terminal,cloud storage,two-dimensional code and other key technologies and devices,the device management is extended from the desktop to the field,realizing real-time interconnection and information sharing of production field devices,and improving the level of enterprise device management.
