摘要
为推动国内石油装备的不断进步,研制了103.5MPa高压井口装置和采气树,针对高压采气井口的性能要求,进行针对性设计,确保产品的承压、承载、抗腐蚀性能;完成井口装置和采气树的各项试验,包括功能试验、出厂试验、PR2性能鉴定试验,确定产品满足API标准的各项要求。
In order to promote the continuous progress of domestic petroleum equipment,103.5 MPa high pressure wellhead and gas production tree were developed.According to the performance require-ments of high pressure gas production wellhead,targeted design was carried out to ensure the pressure,bearing capacity and corrosion resistance of the product.Complete various tests of wellhead and gas tree,including functional test,factory test and PR2 performance appraisal test,to confirm that the products meet the requirements of API standard.
