高效脱色絮凝剂ANF制备及处理聚磺钻井液废水研究 被引量:2

摘要 聚磺体系钻井液废水,成分复杂,处理难度大,通过分析废水特性、危害及处理现状,结合高分子絮凝剂与低分子混凝剂的特点,设计采用双氰胺醛类树脂NA、Fe C3、NH4Cl为原料制备出无机有机高分子脱色絮凝剂ANF。实验研究了ANF制备优化工艺、处理钻井废水优化条件,同时研究了ANF与现有的PAM、PFS的脱色性能对比。研究结果表明,所设计制备的无机有机高分子脱色絮凝剂制备优化工艺条件:NA∶NH4Cl=1∶0.6(n),Fe Cl330%(wt%),时间2.5h,温度80℃;处理聚磺钻井废水工艺:ANF加量0.7%,废水p H值为8.0~10.0,常温下除浊率达到98%以上,CODcr去除率达到73.4%,较PAM、PFS絮凝剂脱色效果好。 Polysulfonate drilling fluid wastewater has complex components and is difficult to be treated,by analyzing the characteristics,harm and treatment status of polysulfonate drilling fluid wastewater,and combining the characteristics of polymer flocculant and low-molecular coagulant,the Inorganic Organic macromolecule decolorizing flocculant ANF was prepared by using dicyandiamide aldehyde Resin NA,FeCl3 and NH4CL as raw materials.The optimum conditions of ANF preparation and drilling wastewater treatment were studied,and the decolorization performance of ANF was compared with Pam and PFS.The results show that the optimum technological conditions for the preparation of Inorganic Organic macromolecular decolorizing flocculant are as follows:NA:NH4Cl=1:0.6(n),FeCl330%(wt%),time 2.5 h,temperature 80℃,ANF addition 0.7%,the pH value of the wastewater is 8.0~10.0,the turbidity removal rate is over 98%and the CODcr removal rate is 73.4%at room temperature,which is better than that of PAM and PFS.
