乳液和干粉减阻剂的室内性能评价

摘要 在清水和返排液中分别测试了现场使用的乳液和干粉型减阻剂的浓度-减阻率-运动粘度关系。清水中,乳液的最优加量为0.1%,运动粘度为3.11 mm^(2)/s;干粉最优加量为0.02%,运动粘度为1.95mm^(2)/s;在返排液中,乳液最优加量为0.15%,运动粘度为1.32 mm^(2)/s,干粉最优加量为0.03~0.04%,运动粘度为1.63~1.73 mm^(2)/s。实验中得出,减阻率与粘度无必然联系,低粘度滑溜水更适宜降低压裂液在管道中的流动摩阻。
