高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中头孢噻呋残留量的研究

Study on determinnation of ceftiofur in milk by HPLC

采用了牛奶中头孢噻呋残留检测的高效液相色谱方法。样品中残留的头孢噻呋,用乙腈提取,旋蒸、浓缩后进行HPLC分析。头孢噻呋在0.05~1.0μg/m L的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;在牛奶中添加量分别为50、100、200、400μg/kg,添加回收率在90.0%~102%,批内、批间RSD均≤10%。本方法定量准确,结果重复性好,适用于牛奶中头孢噻呋残留定量分析。

A HPLC method was adopted for the determination of ceftiofur residues in milk.Ceftiofur residues in the sample was extracted with acetonitrile,purified,concentrated and analyzed by HPLC.Ceftiofur residues showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.05-1.0μg/mL,the addition amountof ceftiofur in milk tissue was 50μg/kg,100μg/kg,200μg/kg and 400μg/kg,the recovery was 90.0%—102%,and the RSD of intra-assayandinter—assay was less than or equalto 10%.The method is accurate and reproducible.It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of cefotaxif residue in milk.
