神华包头聚乙烯装置是UNIPOL工艺,气相流化床生产聚乙烯树脂粉料,粉料经挤压机进行造粒,造粒后聚乙烯产品质量主要由融指、密度、色粒、力学性能、拖尾粒、大小粒表征。神华包头聚乙烯装置产品目前存在色粒经常超指标情况,为了解决装置产品色粒高的问题,本文针对产品色粒进行分析研究,提高产品质量。

Shenhua Baotou polyethylene plant is a UNIPOL process.The gas phase fluidized bed produces polyethylene resin powder.The powder is granulated by an extruder.The quality of the polyethylene product after granulation mainly consists of melting index,density,color particle,mechanical properties.Trailing grain,size and particle characterization.At present,Shenhua Baotou polyethylene device products often have super-indicators of color particles.In order to solve the problem of high color particles of the device products,this paper analyzes and studies the product color particles to improve product quality.
