PMMA树脂凝胶堵漏剂的提黏改性

摘要 聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)是一种物理化学性质优良的化学高分子材料,但其应用主要集中在传统化工领域。本文根据钻井过程中井下事故处理的特点,对甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行了改性,通过预聚提高其粘度以保证其在地层中具有良好的滞留性。然后对预聚前后成胶胶块进行红外分析,并对根据井下可能残留的污染源对预聚体的抗污染性能进行评价,为其在井下事故处理中的应用提供了理论依据。 Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)is a chemical polymer material with excellent physical and chemical properties,but its application is mainly concentrated in the traditional chemical industry.According to the characteristics of downhole accident treatment,PMMA was modified and its viscosity was increased by prepolymerization to ensure its well anelasticity in formation.Then,infrared analysis of gelled before and after pre-polymerization was carried out,and the anti-pollution performance of the prepolymer was evaluated according to the possible residual pollution sources in the mine.It provides a theoretical basis for drilling accidents.
