摘要
为进一步提升灾害性天气的气象科普宣传能力,文章以2021年11月5—10日内蒙古大部地区出现的强降雪、强寒潮天气过程为例,分析总结此次突发灾害性天气事件的科普宣传和舆论应对工作中的成效与存在的问题,研究如何在灾害性天气中做好科普宣传工作,及时、准确传递权威气象信息,有效回应社会关切,避免出现不良舆论,提升气象灾害科普的传播水平,理应对灾害性天气的影响,探索提高公众的气象科学素养、防灾减灾意识和对气象工作的正确理解。
In order to further improve the meteorological science popularization ability of disastrous weather,taking a severe snowstorm and strong cold wave weather process in Inner Mongolia from November 5 to 10,2021 as an example to analyze and summarize the results and existing problems in the science popularization publicity and public opinion response of this sudden severe weather event,and studies how to do a good job in science popularization in disastrous weather accurately deliver authoritative meteorological information,effectively responded to social concerns,avoided adverse public opinion,improve the communication level of meteorological disaster science popularization,rationally respond to the impact of disastrous weather,and explore ways to improve the public's meteorological scientific literacy,disaster prevention and reduction awareness and correct understanding of meteorological work.
