基于AHP层次分析法对内蒙古气象教育培训质量效果评估

摘要 文章采用AHP层次分析法,依托柯克帕特里克评估模型,对内蒙古气象教育培训质量效果的评估方法进行了研究。研究表明:(1)通过专家打分法可以定量地评价出培训评估指标的相对重要性;(2)利用AHP层次分析法,对评估指标的相对重要性构建多维度判断矩阵,通过对矩阵计算得到各评估指标的权重;(3)对计算结果进行一致性检验判断其合理性,若计算结果通过了一致性检验,则该计算结果可应用于培训评估的调查问卷中。 Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the evaluation method of the effects of meteorological education and training in Inner Mongolia is studied.The major results were as following:(1)The relative importance of the training evaluation index can be quantitatively evaluated by the expert scoring method;(2)The AHP hierarchical analysis method is used to construct a multidimensional judgment matrix on the relative importance of the evaluation index,and the weight of each evaluation index is obtained through the calculation of the matrix;(3)The consistency test of the calculation result is performed to judge the rationality.If the result passes the consistency test,the calculation result can be used in the training evaluation questionnaire.
