摘要
利用2012—2020年内蒙古地区气象灾害的灾情资料,采用统计分析和归一化等方法对内蒙古地区气象灾害时空分布特征及其综合损失的分布特征进行分析。结果表明:2012—2020年内蒙古地区气象灾害造成的死亡人口和直接经济损失均呈下降趋势,灾害发生频次呈上升趋势,暴雨洪涝灾害造成的死亡人口最多。气象灾害各月均有发生,干旱、大风灾害主要发生在春、夏、秋季;霜冻低温冷害主要发生在春、秋季;沙尘暴造成的灾害主要发生在春季;暴雨洪涝、冰雹、雷电灾害主要发生在夏季;暴风雪灾害主要发生在冬季。除通辽市发生频次最高的气象灾害是大风外,其余11盟市均为暴雨洪涝或冰雹灾害;赤峰市是气象灾害发生频次最高、受灾人口和死亡人口最多的地区,经济损失也最为严重。内蒙古东部较中、西部地区气象灾害综合损失严重。
Based on the data of meteorological disasters in Inner Mongolia from 2012 to 2020,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of meteorological disasters and their comprehensive loss distribution characteristics were analyzed by statistical analysis,non dimensional method and normalized method.The results showed that:From 2012 to 2020,the death population of disasters and the direct economic losses caused by meteorological disasters in Inner Mongolia showed a decreasing trend,while the frequency of disasters showed an increasing trend.The drought was the most important meteorological disaster in Inner Mongolia.Meteorological disasters occurred in each month.The drought and the wind damage usually appeared in spring,summer and fall.The chilling damages usually occurred in spring and fall.The sand storm usually occurred in spring.The flood,the hail damage and lightning disaster usually occurred in summer.The snow disaster mainly occur in winter and occasionally in early spring.The most frequent meteorological disasters in Tongliao city were the wind disasters.In the other eleven cities,the hail damage or the flood were the most frequent disasters.The area with the highest frequency of disasters,the largest affected population of disasters,the largest death population of disasters and the heaviest direct economic losses caused by meteorological disasters in Inner Mongolia was Chifeng.In general,the comprehensive loss of meteorological disaster in eastern Inner Mongolia was more serious than that in central and western Regions.
