摘要
文章利用中国气象局远程教育网统计的内蒙古气象职工2018年参加气象远程学习的情况,对内蒙古气象职工全年远程学习的质量进行评估。结果表明:(1)开展远程培训只有满足组织需求、岗位需求和个人需求的有机统一,才能使学员真正学深悟透,保证考试的通过率,并将理论知识应用于业务工作中。(2)对于学员普遍难以掌握的专业知识,通过多次重复学习可以加深学员的理解,显著提高远程培训的质量。(3)推进省级优秀学习点的评比工作可以有效带动全区气象职工进一步提升远程学习的积极性和学习效果。
This article uses the statistics of the Inner Mongolia Meteorological Department participating in distance learning in 2018 by China Distance Education Network to perform quality assessment.The major results are as following:(1)Only uniting the demand of organization,post and personal,the distance training can make students deep understand the knowledge point,ensure the pass rate and apply to actual work.(2)For the professional knowledge that trainees are generally difficult to master,repeated learning can deepen trainees’understanding and significantly improve the quality of distance training.(3)Selecting the provincial excellent learning points can promote the enthusiasm and learning effect of distance learning.
