新巴尔虎左旗2018年5月逐时相对湿度异常偏低检验 被引量:1

摘要 使用新巴尔虎左旗国家级气象站、以及3个临近且海拔高度相差不大的区域无人自动气象站的2018年5月1—31日逐时相对湿度观测资料,采用单测站数据时间序列跃变点检测、多测站数据差值时间序列超差点和跃变点检测的方法,对新巴尔虎左旗在5月出现的14个时次的异常低相对湿度观测值进行了分析。结果发现:单站序列跃变点、多站差值序列超差点和跃变点均存在1个共同的与报警时次相重合的统计检验断点,但经人工分析,确定该断点与冷空气活动造成的大风、降温和阵雨天气现象有关,并非仪器故障;而其余13个异常值的出现时次均不与统计检验断点相重合,从数值检验的角度判断其是由仪器故障造成的可能性较小。通过统计分析,修正了该台站的"观测设备可用性"业务考核指标的误报警,提高了综合气象观测运行监控业务系统(Atmospheric Observing System Operations and Monitoring,简称ASOM)在日常监测中的数据有效性审核能力和运行管理能力。 Based on the hourly relative humidity data during May 1 st–31 th in 2018 of Xin Barag Left Banner and three other nonwatching automatic meteorological stations whose locations and altitudes were close to it,used the means of leap points detection of single sequence,the out-of-tolerance points detection and leap points detection of multiple sequence differences,the quality control analysis of 14 abnormally low relative humidity observations of Xin Barag Left Banner in May were carried out.The result showed that there was one common point to both leap points in single sequence,out-of-tolerance points and leap points in multiple sequence differences,which was consistent with one of system alarming times,however,by manual analysis,found that was as a result of strong wind,temperature drop and shower of a cold-air activity,but not instrument failure.The times of those 13 other abnormal observations were not consistent with any statistic-testing discontinuity points,so that the possibility of causes by instrument failure was low.By statistic analysis,the false alarms of instruments business usability of this station were cleared,the data validity audit and operations management of Atmospheric Observing System Operations and Monitoring(ASOM)were enhanced.
