浅谈榆林市榆阳区林业碳汇发展成效与建议

Development Achievements and Suggestions of Forest Carbon Sinks in Yuyang District of Yulin City

文章总结了榆林市榆阳区近年林业碳汇发展取得的各项成效,在此基础上,从积极探索区域碳普惠机制、完善碳汇交易试点保障体系、开发林业碳汇交易试点项目、探索实施碳汇认购代替生态修复机制四方面提出了今后的发展对策,以期为拓宽林业碳汇发展空间,带动碳排放企业积极参与生态建设,凝聚全社会力量共同行动实现双碳目标提供借鉴。

This paper summarizes the achievements made in the development of forest carbon sinks in Yuyang District,Yulin City in recent years.Building upon this foundation,it proposes future development strategies that include actively exploring regional carbon inclusive mechanisms,improving the carbon sink trading pilot safeguard system,developing pilot projects for forestry carbon sink trading,and exploring the implementation of carbon sink purchase as a substitute for ecological restoration mechanisms.The aim is to expand the development space for forestry carbon sinks,encourage carbon-emitting enterprises to actively participate in ecological construction,and unite the forces of the whole society to jointly achieve the dual carbon targets.
