内蒙古自治区“三北”防护林体系建设工程状况分析

Analysis of Three-North Forest Shelterbelt System Construction Program in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

“三北”防护林体系建设工程,是党中央、国务院为减缓我国北疆日益加速的荒漠化和水土流失进程而实施的重要生态建设工程。经过45 a不懈努力,工程建设取得巨大生态、经济、社会效益,成为全球生态治理的成功典范。进入新时代,三北地区生态依然脆弱。文章从“三北”防护林体系建设的过程、取得的成效、存在的问题进行状况分析,并在此基础上对下一步生态建设工作提出意见和建议。

The construction program of three-north forest shelterbelt system is an important ecological construction project implemented by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to slow down the accelerating desertification and soil erosion process in northern Xinjiang.After 45 years of unremitting efforts,the project has achieved great ecological,economic and social benefits,and has become a successful model of global ecological governance.In the new era,the ecology of the three northern regions is still fragile.This paper analyzes the process,achievements and existing problems of the construction of the“Three North”protection forest system,and puts forward some suggestions on the next step of ecological construction.
