摘要
紫叶稠李在年生长过程中存在叶片变色现象,为了探究产生叶色差异的原因,本实验在叶色变化稳定期采集叶片,测定色素含量及细胞pH值等指标,发现叶色差异主要受花色苷与叶绿素含量的比值影响:随着比值的增加,叶片逐渐呈现紫色,且同一枝条上紫色叶片所占比例越大,比值越大;此外,同一时期产生的叶色差异与叶片细胞pH值、叶片在枝条上生长的位置等外部环境无关。因此,推测紫叶稠李产生叶色差异的主要原因是植物体内部遗传物质改变导致的色素含量和比例的变化,而细胞内酸碱环境对花色苷等其他色素无显著影响。通过对叶色差异原因的研究,初步掌握了紫叶稠李叶片变色的内部影响因子,排除了酸碱性可能对叶色变化产生的作用,为本地园林绿化培育新的变异观赏品种提供了理论依据,为后期定向栽培抚育管理打下了基础。
Leaf discoloration was found in the annual growth of Prunus virginiana L.In order to explore the reason for leaf discoloration,the study collected the classical leaves during stable time,then measured pigment contents and cell pH value.It was found that leaf discoloration could directly reflect by anthocyanin/chlorophyll index:with the increase of the ratio,the leaves turn purple gradually,and the larger the proportion of purple leaves on the same branch,the larger the ratio.In addition,there is no relation on leaf discoloration with pH value,the location of the leaf on a branch and other external environment during the same time.Therefore,the study confirmed the leading character for leaf discoloration was the change of pigment content and proportion caused by the genetic material inside the plant,while the intracellular acid-base environment had no significant effect on other pigment content.In all,the study of leaf discoloration on Prunus virginiana L.laid the foundation for new ornamental species and management of directional cultivation.
