欧李的应用价值及繁殖方法概述

摘要 欧李为我国特有的灌木经济树种,由于欧李果实含有多种营养元素,尤其钙含量较其他水果高,被称为钙果,有极高的药用价值、食用价值、饲用价值。欧李花繁果多,且生长速度快、萌芽性强、耐修剪,可作为园林绿化、盆栽等优良树种。欧李耐干旱、耐酸碱、耐瘠薄能力极强,根系发达,因此,是良好的保持水土树种。欧李的繁殖培育方式多样,可种子繁殖、扦插繁殖、嫁接繁殖、组织培养、埋根及分蘖繁殖。文章详述了各种繁殖培育方式的具体方法,其中,种子繁殖变异系数大,扦插成活率不高,嫁接成活率由于砧木的不同存在较大差异,组织培养生产成本较高,埋根和分蘖繁殖系数比较低,不同的繁殖培育方式各有优缺点,在实际生产中根据实际需要选择合适的繁殖培育手段。 Prunus humilis is a unique shrub economic tree species in China.Due to its rich nutritional elements,especially its higher calcium content compared to other fruits,Prunus humilis is known as a calcium fruit.Prunus humilis has extremely high medicinal,edible,and feeding value.European plum has many flowers and fruits,and it grows quickly,has strong sprouting ability,and is resistant to pruning.European plum can be used as an excellent tree species for landscaping,potted plants,and other purposes.Prunus humilis has strong drought resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and barren tolerance.Its root system is well-developed,making it a good tree species for soil and water conservation.The breeding and cultivation methods of Prunus humilis are diverse,including seed propagation,cutting propagation,grafting propagation,tissue culture,root burial and tillering propagation.This article elaborates on the specific methods of various breeding and cultivation methods,among which the coefficient of variation of seed propagation is large,the survival rate of cutting is not high,and the survival rate of grafting varies greatly due to different rootstocks.The production cost of tissue culture is high,and the coefficient of root burial and tillering propagation is relatively low.Different breeding and cultivation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.In actual production,appropriate breeding and cultivation methods should be selected according to actual needs.This article aims to provide first-hand information for the promotion and cultivation of Prunus humilis in the future by summarizing its application value and breeding cultivation.
