基于Python分析中老年人群多重慢病患者现状的研究

The Study of Current Situation of Patients with Multiple Chronic Diseases in the Middle-Aged and Elderly Population Based on Python

随着我国快速的人口老龄化和疾病谱的变化情况,为预防多重慢性病的发生并提高中老年人生活质量,同时更好地实现健康中国2030,以中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,简称CHARLS)数据为基础,选择性别、年龄、城乡分布、是否识字、婚姻状态及慢病情况等多维变量,使用Python编程进行统计及卡方检验,分析中老年人多重慢病患者疾病构成和多重慢病的组合,得到多重慢病的患病率与人口年龄和城乡分布有关。该研究结果希望可以引起人们对慢病及多重慢病的高度关注,提升居民健康意识,同时为减轻政府医疗卫生支出提出一些合理的建议。

With the rapid aging of the population and the changes of disease spectrum in China,this study focus on preventing the occurrence of multiple chronic diseases,improving the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people,better realizing the health of China 2030.Based on the data of CHARLS(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study),some important variables such as gender,age,urban-rural distribution,literacy,marital status,and chronic disease are selected,the Python library function and the chi-square are used to analyze the construction of multiple chronic disease of the middle-aged and elderly population and the combination of multiple chronic disease.The prevalence of multiple chronic diseases is related to population age and urban-rural distribution.The results of the study are expected to draw attention to chronic disease and multiple chronic disease,raise the residents’health awareness,and put forward some reasonable suggestions to reduce the government’s medical and health expenditure.
