摘要
根据作者在《2019年东北及内蒙古地区量子物理前沿与进展研讨会》上的报告改写而成.文中评述了作者小组近年在基因组进化的量子理论方面的工作,包括:提出一个基因组进化的数学理论,把渐变进化和间断平衡置于统一的理论框架中;用量子进化解释突变和新种产生;用这个理论研究鸟类和被子植物基因组进化,对其中的一些规律性给出了定量解释。
The paper was written based on the invited talk at《2019 Seminar on Frontiers and Developments of Quantum Physics in North-East China and Inner Mongolia Region》.The quantum theory on genome evolution developed by the author’s group in recent years was reviewed in the talk.It includes:a mathematical theory on genome evolution is proposed,the phyletic gradualism and punctuated equilibrium are put in a unified evolutionary theory,the genetic mutation and the speciation event are interpreted by use of quantum evolution,and the proposed theory is used to discuss the rapid post-Cretaceous radiation of avian genomes and the quantum pattern of angiosperm DNA amounts as two examples.
