共建“一带一路”框架下呼包鄂榆城市群高质量发展的对策研究

A Study on the Strategies for High-quality Development of Huhhot-Baotou-Erdos-Yulin Urban Agglomeration under the“Belt and Road”Framework

呼包鄂榆城市群,是我国“两横三纵”城镇化战略布局中的19个国家级城市群之一,能源、人文资源丰富,地理位置显著,在推进双循环格局中实现区域经济社会发展和完善沿边开发开放布局中具有重要战略地位。呼包鄂榆城市群要实现高质量发展,就要在共建“一带一路”框架下强化政策支撑,引领带动产业升级;推进绿色发展,创新产品供给;加强区域联动,实现双循环格局,以此推动“一带一路”沿线城市群多样化升级。

Huhhot-Baotou-Erdos-Yulin urban agglomeration is one of China’s 19 national-level urban agglomerations in the project of“two horizontal and three vertical”urbanization.Rich in energy and cultural resources with remarkable geographical location,it plays an important strategic role in promoting regional economic and social development in“dual circulation”as well as the border opening-up development layout.To achieve the high-quality development of Huhhot-Baotou-Erdos-Yulin urban agglomeration,it is necessary to step up policy support,lead and drive industrial upgrading,promote green development,innovate product supply,enhance regional linkage and realize a“dual circulation”development so as to promote the diversified upgrading of urban agglomerations under the“Belt and Road”framework.
