新时代青年思想政治引领对策探究——基于青海省X市的调研

Research on the Ways of Ideological and Political Guidance for Young People in the New Era——Based on the Research in X City,Qinghai Province

加强思想政治引领是坚定青年听党话、跟党走的必然要求,是青年发展的时代需要。通过对青海省X市青年的政治观与价值选择、教育观与人生追求、职业观与环境期待、融入观与社会参与等方面的调研发现,青年思想政治状况总体健康,但也存在政治引领精准性不够、教育规划针对性不强、职业愿景规划性不足、融入社会参与性不高等问题。应通过加强思想引领,坚定理想信念;丰富教育内容,提振成才信心;助力职业规划,拓展发展空间;强化融入意识,推动参与社会,来加强青年思想政治引领。

Strengthening ideological and political guidance is an inevitable requirement for young people to follow and obey the Communist Party of China,and is the era need for youth development.Through the investigation of the political outlook and value choice,education outlook and life pursuit,career outlook and environmental expectation,integration outlook and social participation of the young people in X city of Qinghai province,it is found that the ideological and political status of the young people is generally healthy while there are issues of insufficient targeted political guidance,educational planning,career vision training and social integration participation.We should strengthen ideological guidance to have young people firm in ideals and convictions,enrich educational content to boost their confidence in becoming talents,help career planning to expand their development space and enhance integration consciousness to promote their social participation.
