晋西北抗日根据地西农币的历史作用研究

Study on the Historical Function of Xinongbi Currency in the Anti-Japanese Base of Northwest Shanxi

晋西北抗日民主政权成立后,面临着严峻的经济形势。中共晋西区党委、晋西北行署根据上级指示,通过实地调查和积极探索,在根据地发行并推广使用西农币,与敌在经济战线上开展了有力的斗争。到了抗战中后期,以“西农币”为本位币的货币制度和独立自主的金融体系最终在晋西北根据地得以建立,有力地支持了晋西北行署的财政开支,促进了根据地的贸易活动,根据地的政权得到了巩固和发展。

The anti-Japanese democratic regime in Northwest Shanxi was faced with severe economic situation after its establishment.Under the superior instructions,the Western Shanxi Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Northwest Shanxi Administration Bureau,through field investigation and active exploration,issued Xinongbi currency and promoted the use in the base area to carry out a powerful struggle with the enemy on the economic front.In the mid-late war,the Xinongbi monetary system and independent financial system were established,which effectively supported the financial expenditure of the Northwest Shanxi Administrative Bureau,promoted the trade activities and consolidated the political power in the Base area.
