鲜牛粪堆肥不同温度下添加抑制剂分解产物对沙门氏菌影响研究

摘要 畜禽体内的微生物主要是通过消化道排出体外的,粪便是微生物的主要载体。本试验主要研究奶牛肠道致病性沙门氏菌的分离鉴定,并在不同温度条件下,进行了牛粪堆肥中添加抑菌剂(石灰氮的分解产物单氰胺和双氰胺)研究对粪便中分解致病性沙门氏菌的效果。结果表明:鲜粪便堆肥中添加3.0%单氰胺和3.0%双氰胺对堆肥低温中沙门氏菌总菌数与无添加抑制剂堆肥沙门氏菌总菌数没有完全受到抑制作用。但在50℃下鲜牛粪堆肥中添加抑制剂产物3.0%双氰胺和3.0%单氰胺对堆肥中沙门氏菌的总菌数变化规律及活性有产生明显影响。 The micro in the animal are mainly excreted through the digestive tract, and the feces are the main carrier of micro. This experiment mainly studies the isolation and identification of pathogenic Salmonella in dairy cows, and adds bacteriostatic agents(calcium nitrogen decomposition products, mono-cyanamide and dicyandiamide) to the feces in different conditions. Decomposes the effects of pathogenic Salmonella. The results showed that the addition of 3.0% mono-cyanamide and 3.0% dicyandiamide to fresh manure compost did not completely inhibit the total number of Salmonella in the compost and the total number of Salmonella in the no-inhibitor compost. However, the addition of inhibitor products 3.0% dicyandiamide and 3.0% mono-cyanamide in fresh cow manure compost at 50℃ had a significant effect on the variation and activity of Salmonella in compost.
