Connotation Interpreting and Practical Thinking of Common Prosperity——Based on the Study of Paris Manuscript

共同富裕是社会主义现代化的显著特征。基于《巴黎手稿》,共同富裕可以解读为“物质的和精神的”双重富裕,“自由的劳动和自由的享受”的公平富裕,“人和自然界之间、人和人之间”的和谐富裕,“富有的人和人的丰富的需要”的最高富裕,以及“整个文化和文明的世界”的全球富裕。针对理论解读的不同方面,把握发展关键,提供制度保障,解决社会矛盾,根植人民需要,着眼世界大局的实践思考,为进一步推进共同富裕现实实践和实现共同富裕阶段目标提供理论支撑和实践指导。

Common prosperity is a prominent feature of socialist modernization.Based on Paris Manuscript,common prosperity can be interpreted as dual prosperity of"material and spiritual",fair prosperity of"free labor and free enjoyment",harmonious prosperity"between man and nature,and between man and man",the highest prosperity of"rich people and their rich needs",and the global prosperity of"the whole cultural and the civilized world".In view of different aspects of theoretical interpretation,it is proposed to grasp the key to development,provide institutional guarantees,solve social conflicts,root in the needs of the people and take the overall situation of the world into account,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for further promoting the practice of common prosperity and achieving the goal of common prosperity stage.
